Welcome to Pawsville

Somebody's always got a case to crack.

Pawsville is a small town with a big habit of misplacing things — a bone, a cookie, a favorite pillow. Luckily, it's also home to the most dedicated (and most easily distracted) detective squad around.

Every case starts the same way: something's gone missing, the neighbors have opinions, and the clues don't quite add up — yet. With a magnifying glass, a healthy dose of curiosity, and a little help from Pip, the squad always gets to the bottom of it. No villains. No scary parts. Just gentle, giggle-filled sleuthing that ends with everyone home safe.

Each story is built for read-aloud time: short enough for one sitting, silly enough to ask for again, and just mysterious enough to make kids feel like real detectives.

About the creator

Created by Alexis Baarbara

Alexis Baarbara believes every child is a natural detective — endlessly curious, quick to notice the small stuff, and always asking "but why?" Claw & Order grew out of that idea: gentle mysteries that turn everyday curiosity into a story, set in a town where the biggest crime is a missing cookie and the biggest reward is figuring it out together.
